Returns Policy and Guidelines, Legal Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Copyright, Trademarks and External Sites

We take pride in our exceptional customer service, and a major part of that is making sure customers promptly get the answers they’re looking for. We’ve organized the most frequently asked questions below to help with exactly that. If you can’t find the answers you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll be ready to assist you.



We stand behind our product 100% and try our best for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We do what we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order and we deliver in a timely manner...typically the same day as your order arrives if it's received before 12PM Arizona time.

If you are missing parts or have damaged parts, please contact us. We can typically ship the same day to get you up and running ASAP.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will consider returns within 15 days from the date of purchase, on a case by case basis and under the following guidelines:


For a valid consideration of a return, the merchandise must be in a re-sellable condition, unassembled and free of any signs of use, abuse or markings from assembling it.

After contacting us and within the 15 day timeframe from date of purchase, if a return is authorized and we give you the OK to proceed, returned merchandise must be in unused/unassembled condition and in its original unopened packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless otherwise agreed to in advance. The merchandise must be returned by the same shipper it was delivered to you, using the same service, with complete insurance coverage on the unit.

Before you proceed, please contact us. Returns shipped without prior consent will not be accepted.

EZ Balancer does not accept returns on International Orders including orders placed through exporting companies based in the United States.

As a reminder, as stated in the Shipping requirements description, for those customers using a third party exporter, you MUST include the country that you are exporting to along with a verified delivery address in that country and proof of the intended use.

Items that are returned in a condition deemed by EZ Balancer as “Not new” due to packaging damage, missing parts, or signs of possible use will be denied return.


When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, just the cost of the actual item being returned. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to EZ Balancer.

Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

Damaged Merchandise

If a package has been damaged in shipping, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise to us yourself as it could affect your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the damaged return.

Since packaging can easily be damaged in shipping with no damage occurring to the actual product, EZ Balancer honors damage claims for the actual product/item only. EZ Balancer is not responsible for damage in shipping to the shipping carton, only damage to the item itself.

EZ Balancer accepts no liability for damages than can occur during the delivery of international shipments (orders shipped outside the 50 US States).

Defective Merchandise

We back our products 100% and stand behind our customers with replacement parts ready to ship the same day. If you feel your issue falls into this category, please contact us and we will take care of the issue ASAP.

For international customers (shipments outside the 50 US States including United States based exporting companies), if an item received is found to be defective, the international customer is liable for all shipping costs to (and from) us for warranty coverage and claims. EZ Balancer will not accept returns on used items from International customers for any reason.

Lost Shipments

If you feel an order has been lost in transit, please e-mail us and we will track your shipment to determine if it is in fact lost. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise after we have obtained the claim number from the carrier.

Missing Parts

Should you receive an item that is missing a part, please contact EZ Balancer directly. 

If an order is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible with information and we will review and send missing items as needed.

For International customers with missing items, a refund for the missing item(s) will be considered and issued as appropriate. EZ Balancer does not re-ship missing items for International orders.

EZ Balancer reserves the right, at any time, to modify, amend, alter or update these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, amendments, alterations or updates.

Order Modification

If you forget something and need a change to your order, please let us know ASAP PRIOR to the order being dropped at the shipper. If you catch us ahead of this, we will gladly modify your order as needed with no additional charge.

If you contact us to modify your order AFTER the order has been shipped, it is impossible to change or retrieve your order.

In this situation, you would then need to file an on-line RETURN, and return the order or items in need of change at the customer’s expense. All applicable Returns restocking fees will apply.

Order Cancellation

***If an order is cancelled prior to shipping and after contacting us, a refund is granted, your refund will be the final cost of your order minus the incurred PayPal fees.***

If you contact us to cancel your order AFTER the order has been shipped, it is impossible to cancel or retrieve your order.

In this situation, you would then need to file an on-line RETURN, and return the order at the customer’s expense. All applicable Returns restocking fees will apply.

Any order that is REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees at the customer’s expense.

As stated concerning customers using a United States based exporting shipping service, you MUST include the country that you are exporting to along with proof that it is a verified delivery address in that country. If you try to circumvent our restrictions, we will refund your payment minus the fees incurred through PayPal.


 Proper assembly and use procedures are vital to the safe, reliable operation of our products as well as the personal safety of those performing the operation. All responsibility falls upon the end user. Standard safety procedures and precautions (including following of AMA and other organization guidelines) should be followed at all times to eliminate the possibility of personal injury or compromise safety.

Although the content found on this site has been prepared with the intent to provide reliable information, no warranty (express or implied) is made as to its accuracy or completeness. Neither is any liability assumed for loss or damage resulting from reliance on this material. SPECIFICALLY, NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY IS MADE OR TO BE IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THIS MATERIAL. In no event will EZ Balancer, its parent or affiliates be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, consequential or compensatory, arising out of the use of this material.


EZ Balancer reserves the right to refuse sales to any customer at any time.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EZ Balancer BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN ACTION OR UNDER CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall EZ Balancer be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information, materials or products contained in or purchased from this site. Further, EZ Balancer shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, proper installation, or the accuracy of information provided. EZ Balancer has no liability for any computer virus or other computer disruptions or damages to any software or hardware of any user of this site.
